Project Administrator (PMO)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator (PMO) to support the operational coordination of our consulting delivery team.

This role is not about “just admin tasks” — you will be directly involved in delivery processes, reporting, and maintaining operational discipline across projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers, helping them keep projects structured, transparent, and under control.

Responsibilities

Operational delivery & control

• Monitor project activities and ensure SLA and communication standards are followed
• Identify risks / deviations and escalate them proactively

Reporting & transparency

• Coordinate timesheet collection and validate data accuracy
• Prepare operational reports (status, incidents, Plan vs Actual, etc.) [PMO | Word]

Project support

• Support PMs in managing workflows (ServiceNow / Azure DevOps)
• Create and maintain tasks, work items, and project structures

Meetings & communication

• Participate in project meetings, prepare clear minutes (MM)
• Track action items and ensure follow-ups are completed

Documentation & processes

• Maintain project documentation and PMO guidelines

• Support ongoing improvement of internal processes
   

  Candidate profile

• We are looking for someone who:
• Has English B2+ (written & spoken)
• Has basic understanding of project management principles
• Is familiar with tools like Jira / Azure DevOps / ServiceNow (or ready to learn)
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Has strong ownership mindset and accountability
• Can communicate confidently with team and clients

• Thinks proactively and notices problems before they escalate

   

   Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management / IT or similar is a plus
