SMM Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive specialist to coordinate SMM and performance marketing projects within the iGaming industry.

The primary goal of this role is to support the growth of the brand’s presence across social media and Telegram, coordinate marketing activities, and contribute to audience acquisition across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SMM and performance marketing projects.
• Manage communication and task execution between designers, content creators, media buyers, and external contractors.
• Support the launch and management of marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate content creation and publishing across Telegram and social media platforms.
• Grow and engage audiences across Telegram channels and social networks.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, contests, and special marketing activities.
• Launch and develop new Telegram channels and social media communities across multiple international GEOs.
• Adapt content and marketing activities for different markets and target audiences.
• Facilitate communication between departments and ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking spreadsheets.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in SMM, Digital Marketing, Project Coordination, or a related field within iGaming.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and digital marketing processes.
• Experience working with Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and other social media platforms.
• Experience in audience growth and community development is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with analytics, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to work.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of media buying fundamentals.
• Experience with Notion, Trello, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and performance metrics.
• Experience launching social media projects across international markets.
