Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach teams and promote Agile ways of working.
• Experience removing impediments and helping teams improve delivery processes.

Must-have skills:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach development teams on Agile best practices.
• Support continuous improvement within teams.
• Help teams work efficiently and deliver value.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams when needed.
