Brand Manager

Looking for a Brand Manager who can build and scale a strong, differentiated brand in one of the fastest-evolving industries in the world.
You will shape how the company, products, and ecosystem are perceived by customers, partners, governments, operators, and the broader market.
Your Role:
You own the Product Marketing direction, standards, and execution across the company.
Your focus:
- Build a clear, differentiated, and scalable brand platform across the company and product ecosystem.
- Ensure the brand reflects the reality of our products, technology, and battlefield impact.
- Define how we communicate who we are, what we stand for, and why we matter.
- Create consistency across products, communications, visuals, messaging, and external presence.
- Drive awareness, credibility, and emotional connection in local and international markets.
Ensure the company is perceived as a category leader, not just another manufacturer.
Your day-to-day:
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Leadership, Sales, and Communications teams.
- Define and evolve brand positioning, narrative, tone of voice, and visual direction.
- Ensure consistency across presentations, product materials, events, PR, social media, and campaigns.
- Develop strategic brand initiatives that strengthen awareness and trust.
- Guide and review brand-related creative output across design, video, copy, and communications.
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure product narratives and corporate narratives reinforce each other.
- Partner with Communications and PR to shape external perception and media presence.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen differentiation, credibility, and category leadership.
Monitor market perception, competitor positioning, and audience sentiment.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years in product marketing, product strategy, or related leadership roles.
- Experience managing and developing strong PMM teams.
- Experience building or scaling Product Marketing functions, systems, or operating models.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.
- Ability to understand highly technical products and translate them into clear market value.
- Strong understanding of positioning, go-to-market, buyer psychology, and competitive strategy.
- High ownership and ability to operate in fast-changing, high-ambiguity environments.
- Ability to challenge teams constructively and drive alignment across functions.
- Strong communication - clear, direct, structured, and persuasive.
