Head of People Management
RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies.
We are looking for a Head of People Management.
Requirements:
- Experience in a senior HR leadership role;
- Proven experience leading and managing HR teams of at least 15 direct reports within a fast-paced, online business environment with a workforce of 2000+ employees. Experience in scaling HR operations to support rapid growth is highly desirable;
-Deep understanding of HR best practices and current industry trends;
- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
- Experience working within the IT industry or a technology-focused environment is highly preferred;
- Russian or Ukrainian language C1 and above;
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
• Lead People Partners Team across international locations;
• Build and develop team; set goals, monitor workload, ensure quality execution;
• Provide training and professional development;
• Work with HR metrics; make data-driven personnel decisions.
Strategic Projects:
• Drive continuous improvement of existing HR processes and systems;
• Lead implementation of grading system;
• Initiate updates in HR policies and processes;
• Maintain and enhance automated HR processes.
Analytics & Insights:
• Identify performance gaps and cost inefficiencies through data analysis;
• Provide C-level with critical people statistics and trends;
• Deliver recommendations for strengthening employer brand;
• Monitor organizational structure effectiveness.
Partnership & Collaboration:
• Train line managers on HR processes;
• Partner with C-level leaders on HR quality and business impact;
• Align HR strategy with business objectives;
• Resolve issues impacting business performance.
