Project Manager / Brand Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager / Brand Manager to join our fast-growing iGaming business.

This is an opportunity for a professional who not only knows how to launch products but also how to scale them, drive profitability, and build successful brands across European markets.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and growth of iGaming brands across European markets.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CRM, Product, Affiliates, BI, and Operations.
• Drive commercial performance, player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Analyze business performance and key KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize results.
• Coordinate product launches and market expansion initiatives.
• Take ownership of business outcomes and ensure targets are achieved.
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in the iGaming industry as a Project Manager, Brand Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of European GEOs, including Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets.
• Demonstrated track record of launching, developing, and scaling profitable iGaming projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key iGaming business metrics.
• Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and take full ownership of results.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience managing multiple European markets simultaneously.
• Proven cases demonstrating revenue growth, player retention improvements, and increased brand profitability.
• Experience working with casino and/or sportsbook products.
