What You'll Be Doing
- Adjust and strengthen J-VERSβ value proposition to better align with customer needs.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Lead commercial negotiations and drive conversion from test campaigns to full-scale budget commitments.
- Close deals in line with KPIs and secure long-term revenue growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance and overall revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Traffic Acquisition, Product/Software, etc.) to tailor strategies, optimize performance, and maximize revenue opportunities.
You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You Have
- Experience in business development, sales, account management or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to leverage data to support decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A track record of achieving business growth, revenue targets, or partnership objectives.
It Would Be a Plus If You Have
- Experience working with international markets.
- Additional language skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment, HR Tech, programmatic advertising, digital marketing or SaaS industries.
- Experience selling technology solutions or managing enterprise-level clients.
