We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise and Upper C1 level English communication skills to join our global remote team.

In this role, you will design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that improve business workflows, strengthen CRM operations, and support cross-functional teams. You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, administrators, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, explain technical solutions clearly, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality Salesforce applications.

 

Upper C1 English communication is mandatory. The candidate must be able to speak clearly and confidently in remote meetings, explain Salesforce concepts in simple business terms, ask strong follow-up questions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

As a Salesforce Developer, you will:

  • Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and other Salesforce platform tools.
  • Business Requirement Translation: Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and Salesforce administrators to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical solutions.
  • Lightning Web Components: Build and enhance modern Salesforce user interfaces using Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
  • Apex Development: Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes to support business logic and automation.
  • Salesforce Integrations: Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Bulk API, Platform Events, middleware, or other integration tools.
  • Data Management: Work with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, and data migration processes to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Automation & Configuration: Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, workflow automation, and custom business processes.
  • Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, troubleshoot bugs, debug Apex and Lightning components, and ensure solutions meet Salesforce testing and deployment requirements.
  • Release & Deployment: Support deployments across sandbox and production environments using Salesforce DX, change sets, Git, CI/CD tools, or similar release management practices.
  • Security & Access Control: Configure and support Salesforce security settings, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, field-level security, OAuth, and authentication flows.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize Apex, SOQL queries, Lightning components, and integrations to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Documentation: Create clear technical documentation, configuration notes, integration details, and release documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate clearly with global remote teams in English, explain technical issues in simple business terms, clarify requirements, and provide regular updates on development progress, risks, and blockers.

 

 

Requirements

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Communication: Upper C1 level English communication skill is mandatory. The candidate must be able to speak fluently and confidently in remote meetings, explain complex Salesforce topics clearly, ask strong follow-up questions, and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer, CRM Developer, or similar role.
  • Salesforce Platform: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or similar Salesforce products.
  • Apex & LWC: Strong experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Salesforce platform customization tools.
  • SOQL & Data Model: Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, custom objects, relationships, SOQL, SOSL, and data management best practices.
  • API & Integration Skills: Experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Bulk API, Platform Events, webhooks, or middleware platforms.
  • Automation: Experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, workflow rules, process automation, and business logic configuration.
  • Testing: Ability to write Apex unit tests, troubleshoot technical issues, validate business requirements, and ensure high-quality Salesforce releases.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with Git, Salesforce DX, deployment pipelines, change sets, or CI/CD release processes.
  • Agile Environment: Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, demos, and release cycles.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and deliver practical solutions.
  • Business Understanding: Ability to understand business workflows and align Salesforce solutions with operational goals, user needs, and customer experience.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or related Salesforce certifications are preferred.
  • Advanced Integrations: Experience with MuleSoft, middleware platforms, ETL tools, third-party APIs, or enterprise integration patterns.
  • Salesforce CPQ: Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Quote-to-Cash workflows, pricing rules, product rules, approvals, or quote templates is a plus.
  • Experience Cloud: Experience building partner portals, customer portals, or community experiences using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • DevOps for Salesforce: Experience with Copado, Gearset, Flosum, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
  • Security & Compliance: Understanding of Salesforce security model, data privacy, audit requirements, authentication, OAuth, SAML, and role-based access control.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Experience building Salesforce reports, dashboards, CRM analytics, and business performance views.
  • Data Migration: Experience with data import, data cleanup, migration planning, deduplication, and data quality improvement.
  • AI & Automation: Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, AI-assisted CRM workflows, or intelligent automation is a plus.
  • Technical Leadership: Ability to review code, guide junior developers, suggest best practices, and improve Salesforce development standards.
