About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale and complex Network Infrastructure and Security projects. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with deep technical understanding of Routing, Switching, Network Security, LAN/WLAN environments, and network architecture.

You will be responsible for managing complex enterprise networking initiatives, coordinating multiple stakeholders, mitigating risks, handling crisis situations, and ensuring successful delivery of network transformation projects.

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent qualification)
• 5+ years of professional experience in project management within networking and infrastructure environments
• Proven experience delivering large-scale network projects (LAN, WLAN, Network Security, Routing & Switching)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Routing
  • Switching
  • Network Security
  • LAN/WLAN technologies
• Experience in crisis management, incident management, and problem resolution
• Strong knowledge of networking vendors, products, and technologies
• ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent)
• ITIL Expert certification (or equivalent)
• IPMA Level C certification (or equivalent)
• IPMA Level B certification (or equivalent)
• English level C1 or higher

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing enterprise network architectures
• Experience creating technical network concepts and designs
• Deep understanding of network infrastructure ecosystems
• ISP peering and service provider environment experience
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting and operations
• Strong understanding of adjacent IT domains (servers, databases, applications, security)
• Experience working with enterprise vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, etc.

• Manage complex network transformation and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate technical teams, architects, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery
• Lead crisis management and escalation handling
• Ensure project governance and compliance with organizational standards
• Support development of network architecture and technical solutions
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and reporting
