What you'll do
You'll help us identify and pursue high-quality software and digital transformation opportunities.
Initially, your responsibilities will focus on:
- Identifying qualified software opportunities on Upwork
- Qualifying projects against our ideal client profile
- Preparing personalized proposals
- Maintaining a simple opportunity pipeline
- Supporting business development research when needed
This is not a high-volume spam outreach role. We value thoughtful research, personalization, strategic thinking, and quality over quantity.
As DesignDiverso grows, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and play a larger role in shaping our commercial process.
We're looking for someone who has
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, or B2B lead generation
- Strong written English
- Excellent proposal writing skills
- Basic understanding of custom software, SaaS, UX/UI, or digital product development
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a long-term mindset
Nice to have
- Experience working with a software development or IT outsourcing company
- Experience qualifying software opportunities
- Technical background or strong interest in technology
- Experience working with US or European clients
Compensation
This is an independent contractor (freelance) opportunity, not a salaried position.
Compensation is performance-based and tied to qualified business opportunities generated for DesignDiverso.
Successful partners will have the opportunity to build a recurring income and gradually take on greater responsibility as our commercial function grows.
