DesignDiverso is a US- and Finland-based digital product and custom software consultancy helping SMBs modernize operations through custom software, UX/UI design, automation, ERP/CRM systems, and operational platforms.

Our clients are primarily located across the United States and Europe.

What you'll do

You'll help us identify and pursue high-quality software and digital transformation opportunities.

Initially, your responsibilities will focus on:

• Identifying qualified software opportunities on Upwork
• Qualifying projects against our ideal client profile
• Preparing personalized proposals
• Maintaining a simple opportunity pipeline
• Supporting business development research when needed
   

This is not a high-volume spam outreach role. We value thoughtful research, personalization, strategic thinking, and quality over quantity.

As DesignDiverso grows, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and play a larger role in shaping our commercial process.

We're looking for someone who has

• Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, or B2B lead generation
• Strong written English
• Excellent proposal writing skills
• Basic understanding of custom software, SaaS, UX/UI, or digital product development
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a long-term mindset

Nice to have

• Experience working with a software development or IT outsourcing company
• Experience qualifying software opportunities
• Technical background or strong interest in technology
• Experience working with US or European clients

Compensation

This is an independent contractor (freelance) opportunity, not a salaried position.

Compensation is performance-based and tied to qualified business opportunities generated for DesignDiverso.

Successful partners will have the opportunity to build a recurring income and gradually take on greater responsibility as our commercial function grows.
