As the company continues to scale, they are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer / Platform Engineer to strengthen and evolve their data infrastructure.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer / Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable data infrastructure and pipelines across the analytics and product data ecosystem.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that business and product teams have access to accurate, trustworthy, and actionable data while improving the overall reliability, observability, and scalability of the company's data platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and workflows.
• Develop and optimize data infrastructure supporting analytics and product use cases.
• Improve data quality, reliability, monitoring, and observability practices.
• Manage and enhance integrations between internal and external systems.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Ensure data consistency, accessibility, and governance across the organization.
• Support and optimize production-grade data systems and processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the company's data platform architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade data systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Advanced SQL expertise.
• Extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with data orchestration and workflow management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse.
• Experience working with Fivetran.
• Strong understanding of data quality, monitoring, and observability best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting modern analytics platforms and data ecosystems.
• Background working within SaaS or AI-driven product companies.
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing and optimization.
