We are building category-defining military technologies that are shaping outcomes on the battlefield. The opportunity is massive - to define how modern warfare systems are monetized, scaled, and adopted globally. 

We’re looking for a Monetization Lead who takes ownership, thinks strategically, and drives commercial decisions with speed and clarity. This is not a finance operations role; you will shape how we price, package, and capture value across products, systems, and markets. 

Your Role 

You own monetization strategy across a product ecosystem. 

Your focus: 

  • Develop pricing and monetization strategies across product categories, customer segments, and markets 
  • Understand buyer behavior, willingness to pay, procurement dynamics, and competitive pricing landscapes 
  • Define how products, systems, services, and software should be packaged and monetized 
  • Ensure monetization decisions align with positioning, products’ value, and long-term category leadership 
  • Build frameworks, processes, and intelligence systems that improve pricing and commercial decision-making over time 
  • Support strategic commercial decisions 

Your day-to-day 

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Leadership to shape commercial strategy 
  • Analyze competitors, tenders, procurement trends, and pricing dynamics across markets 
  • Develop pricing models, margin scenarios, and monetization frameworks 
  • Identify opportunities for premium positioning, bundling, and value capture 
  • Support negotiations and strategic deals with pricing insights and recommendations 
  • Build and improve systems for pricing intelligence and market analysis 
  • Turn complex commercial data into clear recommendations and decisions 

Your Skills and Experience 

  • 5+ years in pricing, monetization, strategy, commercial excellence, consulting, product strategy, or similar roles 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking 
  • Experience working with complex products, systems, or B2B/B2G markets 
  • Ability to connect pricing decisions with market dynamics and customer value 
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous environments 
  • High ownership and bias toward action 
  • Strong communication - clear, direct, and structured 
  • Experience with defense, hardware, SaaS, marketplaces, manufacturing, or deep tech is a plus 

 

You will not succeed in this role if you see pricing as spreadsheets and approvals rather than a strategic weapon.
