Data BI Analyst

We are an iGaming company with 3+ years of experience, 1,500+ team members, and a portfolio of 11+ successful products in Tier 1–3 markets. We are actively scaling new products and markets, building strong affiliate ecosystems, and strengthening our position within the industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are launching a new Tier-1 project and need someone to build the analytics and fraud control system from scratch — from reporting setup to identifying revenue leak points and suspicious activity across the product.
 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build the reporting system in Microsoft Power BI
• Set up key dashboards for Product, Marketing, Affiliate, and Payments teams
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Analyze key metrics: FTD, conversion, ARPU, GGR, NGR, retention
• Analyze affiliate traffic quality and source performance
• Monitor the full funnel: visit → registration → deposit → gameplay → withdrawal
• Identify suspicious user behavior patterns
• Analyze multi-accounting, anomalies, and low-quality traffic
• Participate in building fraud prevention and anti-fraud logic
• Highlight problem areas and growth opportunities
• Provide recommendations to Product, CRM, Marketing, and Affiliate teams
• Analyze traffic and metric drops, anomalies, and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Payments, Marketing, and Affiliate teams
• Help teams make data-driven decisions
• Ensure transparency and consistency of metrics
• Verify correct tracking setup and event collection
• Work with data discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Conduct reconciliations for affiliate traffic and partner payouts
• Ensure unified understanding of metrics and traffic quality across teams
   

FIRST 30–60 DAYS

• Set up core dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
• Verify the accuracy of all key data and metrics
• Build reporting systems for Product, Marketing, Retention, and Affiliate teams
• Set up the main product funnel and key KPIs
• Conduct the initial product analysis and identify problem areas
• Highlight the first revenue leak points and growth opportunities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience as an analyst in iGaming / online casino — required
• Experience with product analytics and key business metrics
• Experience with fraud / risk analysis is a strong advantage
• Experience analyzing traffic and evaluating source quality
• Experience working with traffic acquisition data will be a plus
• Formal education is not critical — hands-on experience and practical skills matter most
   

Technical skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI — required
• Experience working with data and building dashboards
• Understanding of key metrics: FTD, GGR, NGR, LTV, etc.
• Experience analyzing funnels and user behavior
• Basic SQL knowledge is preferred
• Tools: Microsoft Power BI, analytics systems / databases, tracking and event analytics tools
