We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help us grow our R&D department.

What you will do:

• Lead the development of new products and tech research from start to finish.
• Take over right after we get a grant: track all requirements and manage the budget closely.
• Coordinate project teams during work (directly or through team leaders) without micromanagement.
• Plan tasks, track progress, and keep project boards clean and organized.

What we look for:

• Flexibility: Chaos doesn’t stop you; it drives you. You can easily adapt when plans change.
• Autonomy: You are highly organized and responsible. You don’t need reminders about deadlines. Instead, you bring solutions and involve the manager only for major issues.
• Basic tools: Good with Trello, comfortable with budgets, spreadsheets, and documents (very important for grant reports).

Nice-to-Have (Big Plus):

• English (Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate) for international projects and grants.
• Basic understanding of MilTech or engineering.
• Past experience as a PM or an Executive Assistant where you managed complex tasks for managers.
