Lead Generation Specialist

CodeSeek - software development company from Lviv specializing in custom software development, web platforms, and mobile applications.

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help us find and qualify potential clients and support business growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Search for potential clients on Upwork and other platforms;
  • Analyze and qualify leads and project opportunities;
  • Write personalized cover letters and submit proposals;
  • Communicate with potential clients and gather their requirements;
  • Maintain the lead database and update CRM information;
  • Prepare regular reports on completed work and progress;
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and hand over qualified leads.

 

Requirements

  • English level: B1+ (Strong Intermediate) or higher;
  • Understanding of basic IT terminology and software development concepts;
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills;
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail.

 

 Will be a plus

  • Experience in lead generation or similar roles;
  • Experience with sales tools 
  • Courses or certifications in sales / lead generation
