Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help us find and qualify potential clients and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Search for potential clients on Upwork and other platforms;
- Analyze and qualify leads and project opportunities;
- Write personalized cover letters and submit proposals;
- Communicate with potential clients and gather their requirements;
- Maintain the lead database and update CRM information;
- Prepare regular reports on completed work and progress;
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and hand over qualified leads.
Requirements
- English level: B1+ (Strong Intermediate) or higher;
- Understanding of basic IT terminology and software development concepts;
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills;
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Will be a plus
- Experience in lead generation or similar roles;
- Experience with sales tools
- Courses or certifications in sales / lead generation
