We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager who is eager to grow professionally and contribute to building high-quality service for our clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Search for and attract new B2B clients in outsourcing/outstaffing.
  • Conduct negotiations with potential clients;
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline;
  • Collaborate with the lead generation team and coordinate sales activities;
  • Build and execute client acquisition strategies;
  • Maintain sales reports, CRM, and key metrics;
  • Analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities;

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Sales Manager in the outsourcing/outstaffing industry;
  • Understanding of IT outsourcing and outstaffing business models;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) or higher;
  • Understanding of software development processes and common technologies;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
