About Us

Boss Auto specializes in sourcing and importing vehicles from the USA and Canada. We help clients find, purchase, import, and register cars, providing a complete end-to-end service.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who enjoys communicating with people, achieving results, and has an interest in the automotive industry.

What You Will Do

• Communicate with incoming leads and potential clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Guide clients through the vehicle import process
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Work closely with our sales and operations teams
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company growth

What We Expect

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Interest in cars and the automotive industry
• Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
• Confidence in speaking with clients
• Ability to work from our Prague office
• Czech or Slovak language at a fluent level
