Claspo is a pop-up builder that helps e-commerce and growth teams turn existing site traffic into more opt-ins, sales, and revenue.
We are a Ukrainian MarTech SaaS operating globally since 2022. Our users get better results thanks to a library of 1,000+ CRO-ready templates, gamified widgets (spin wheels, scratch cards, gift boxes), smart targeting, and native Shopify integrations β including dynamic, single-use promo codes.
Our priority market is Shopify DTC brands with 50Kβ1M monthly visitors. We compete in a crowded pop-up/CRO space (OptiMonk, Wisepops, Privy, and others) and win on gamification depth, design quality, and conversion outcomes.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS NOW
This is a pivotal moment to join Claspo. We have product-market fit, an established marketing team, and a clear growth target: scaling MRR to $70K.
You will own the full marketing strategy and execution β not as a distant strategist, but as a hands-on leader who builds systems, holds the team accountable, and drives measurable revenue growth.
Youβll inherit active acquisition channels, an established marketing team, and a product with paying customers worldwide. The challenge is not to start from zero, but to build a scalable growth system.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Revenue growth
- Define and deliver the path to $70K MRR
- Own contribution to pipeline, trials, activations, and paid conversions
- Model, forecast, and optimize the full marketing funnel β from awareness to revenue
- Continuously reduce CAC while improving conversion across the funnel
Channel strategy and execution
You will lead and optimize our current growth channels:
- Brand β Reddit, LinkedIn, Shopify/Klaviyo communities. Build visibility, trust, and brand-led demand.
- Partnerships β Agencies, affiliates, media partners. Scalable co-marketing and referral revenue.
- Marketplaces β Shopify App Store and other distribution platforms.
- SEO β Organic acquisition, content, and LLM/AI visibility.
- PPC β Paid search and performance campaigns with clear ROI.
You will scale what works, stop what doesnβt, and test new channels when the data supports it.
Brand among Shopify merchants
- Make Claspo a recognized, trusted brand in the Shopify ecosystem
- Build presence where merchants actually ask for recommendations β Reddit threads, community forums, partner channels, and review sites
- Turn brand visibility into measurable engagement: signups, trials, and marketplace installs
Team leadership and operations
- Lead the marketing team to hit both growth and operational targets
- Set clear KPIs, run weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for the executive team
- Build processes so the team executes consistently β not heroically
- Hire, develop, and retain high-performing marketers as we scale
- Manage marketing budget with full transparency and accountability
Cross-functional growth
- Work directly with the Founder, Product team, Sales, and Customer Success to influence both go-to-market strategy and product direction
- Optimize website, landing pages, and conversion paths (CR, messaging, UX)
- Align marketing with the product roadmap and contribute to product growth initiatives
WHAT WEβRE LOOKING FOR
Must have:
- 5+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role (Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or CMO)
- Proven track record of scaling ARR/MRR in B2B SaaS β ideally MarTech, ecommerce tools, or CRO products
- Hands-on experience with our core channels: SEO, PPC, partnerships, community/brand marketing, and app marketplaces
- Exceptional data and analytics skills β funnel modeling, attribution, dashboards, and ROI reporting
- Experience building and leading teams that deliver on measurable targets
- Excellent English (C1+) β you will write, present, and communicate with a global audience daily
- Comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous scale-up environment β pragmatic, direct, low bureaucracy
- Strong experience using AI tools to improve productivity, experimentation, analytics, content, and marketing operations
Strong plus:
- Experience growing a brand through Reddit, LinkedIn, and community-led marketing
- Strong Shopify ecosystem knowledge β how merchants discover, evaluate, and buy apps
- Background in pop-up/CRO, email marketing, or ecommerce retention tools
- Experience with agency and affiliate partnership programs
- Shopify App Store optimization and marketplace growth
- SQL, Looker/Data Studio, or similar analytics tooling
- Understanding of LLM/AI search visibility and modern SEO beyond traditional rankings
