We are currently looking for a Category Brand Manager (Amazon Private Label) who can turn data into growth and take ownership of product performance within a category.

This is a performance- and ownership-driven role focused on managing and growing product performance on Amazon.
You will be responsible for optimizing listings, improving conversions, supporting product launches, and driving category-level growth through data-driven decisions and collaboration with PPC, creative, and marketing teams.

๐ผ Responsibilities
- Own product performance within assigned category
- Work closely with PPC team to improve KPIs and overall product growth
- Optimize pricing, promotions, coupons, and offers to increase conversions
- Manage new product launches with marketing and creative teams
- Improve listings, catalog structure, and content quality
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize listings for visibility, ranking, and conversion rate
- Use Amazon and third-party tools (Helium10, Amazon SQP, MyRealProfit, etc.) for analysis and decision-making
- Maintain communication with Amazon Seller Support and Account Managers on compliance and listing issues
- Contribute to process improvements and best practice documentation
๐ผ Requirements
- 2โ3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Private Label
- Strong understanding of Amazon ecosystem (SEO, listings, PPC basics, CRO)
- Experience with Amazon analytics tools (Helium10, SQP, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills (reporting, dashboards, sales analysis)
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Structured, analytical, and performance-driven mindset
- Ukrainian or Russian language required

- Experience with additional marketplaces (Shopify, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
- Experience with external traffic channels (influencers, paid social, affiliate marketing)
