What You'll Do

  • Communicate with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Conduct sales calls in English.
  • Present our company, services, and success stories.
  • Identify client needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Handle objections and navigate complex negotiations.
  • Guide leads through the entire sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Perform follow-ups and re-engage potential clients.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Research prospects and tailor your approach instead of relying solely on templates.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and scaling the sales department.
  • Have the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead role within the first few months based on performance.

     

Who We're Looking For

โœ” At least 1 year of sales experience.

โœ” Spoken English at ะ’2-ะก1 level or higher.

โœ” Strong communication and negotiation skills.

โœ” Experience handling objections and challenging conversations.

โœ” Results-driven mindset and understanding of KPI-focused work.

โœ” Genuine passion for sales and closing deals.

โœ” Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

โœ” Team player who takes responsibility for outcomes.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Understanding of marketing metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
  • Experience selling services to international clients.
  • Experience with B2B sales and high-ticket deals.
