AI-Native Product Manager (Trading)

About the Company

Our client is a financial technology services provider dedicated to expanding global access to digital assets by building innovative solutions in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Their products provide exchanges, liquidity solutions, and enterprise-grade integrations for clients worldwide. Specialized in building Crypto, Web3, and various White-Label Solutions, we are looking for an AI-Native Product Manager who doesn't just manage roadmaps but also leverages AI as a core partner to operate with high technical and operational leverage.

In this role, you will be a core member of our engineering and product team, translating complex financial and trading concepts into intuitive, scalable, enterprise-grade capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will own the lifecycle of our core trading capabilities, blending institutional finance expertise with modern, AI-accelerated execution:

• Roadmap Ownership: Own the product vision and roadmap for our trading and derivatives platforms.
• Requirements & Systems Thinking: Translate complex trading operations, hedging strategies, and risk requirements into scalable product capabilities, technical specifications, and detailed data flows.
• Client Engagement: Partner directly with institutional clients worldwide to gain a deep understanding of their workflows, pain points, and specific integration requirements.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely alongside engineering, backend developers, business, and client-facing teams to deliver robust trading infrastructure.
• Priority Management: Define clear product priorities, proactively solve complex user problems, and make high-impact roadmap tradeoffs.

AI-Native Product Expectations

AI must be an integral part of your daily workflow to materially improve the quality and speed of your output. We expect AI to be a force multiplier for you across the following areas:

• Product Discovery & Research: Use AI tools to synthesize institutional client feedback, accelerate competitor analysis, and quickly explore market solution options.
• Design & Prototyping: Create visual product concepts, process maps, and functional workflows using AI-assisted and modern tools (e.g., Figma, v0, Lovable, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor).
• Specifications & Architecture Documentation: Leverage AI to generate highly structured requirements, sequence diagrams, and technical documentation—thinking critically about APIs, lifecycles, and edge cases.
• Product Operations: Use AI and automation to build out structured delivery workflows in project management software (such as Asana), including automated task generation, dependency mapping, and comprehensive acceptance criteria.

• A Clear Communicator: Able to articulate deep technical data flows, risk metrics, and product direction to engineers and institutional stakeholders alike.
• An AI-Driven Operator: Someone who already uses modern tooling to achieve maximum leverage and speed up execution.
• Analytical & Critical: Possess strong critical thinking skills and are completely comfortable challenging technical or business assumptions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Trading & Domain Expertise: Experience in trading, risk management, derivatives, or trading infrastructure.
• Industry Background: Proven experience running or supporting a trading desk, or building trading software with a strong understanding of market mechanics, hedging, liquidity, and exposure.
• Asset Class Exposure: Hands-on familiarity with one or more of: Crypto, FX, equities, futures, options, or commodities markets.
• Technical Aptitude: Highly comfortable reasoning about backend architecture, data flows, operational workflows, and APIs.
• AI Tooling Literacy: Demonstrated track record using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Cursor, or Asana automations to accelerate product execution.
• Language: Strong Upper-Intermediate English is required.

Bonus Points:

• Direct experience in crypto, fintech, exchange technology, or institutional brokerage.
• A technical or software development background.
• Experience working directly with institutional trading clients.
