Integrations/Payments Product Manager
Position Overview
As an Integrations & Payments Product Manager, you will coordinate payment and merchant integrations, acting as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners. You will manage integrations from requirements gathering through go-live, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
This role requires a strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, payment workflows, and stakeholder management. It is ideal for someone with experience in fintech, payments, integrations, or implementation projects who enjoys working closely with both technical and business teams.
Your Background
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Integrations, Implementations, Product Operations, Technical Support, or Project Coordination
- Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or software integrations
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation
- Experience working with external partners, merchants, or clients
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, REST APIs, JSON, and XML is a plus
- English level (Upper-Intermediate+)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate merchant and partner integrations from initiation to go-live
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Support onboarding, testing, certification, and rollout activities
- Act as the primary contact for integration-related questions and issues
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams
- Track integration progress and provide stakeholder updates
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Maintain integration and process documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve integration and onboarding processes
