About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Retention to lead retention strategy across Asian markets and maximize player lifetime value.
In this role, you will own the full retention lifecycle, focusing on increasing LTV, improving redeposit rates, optimizing bonus efficiency, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with CRM, VIP, Affiliate, and Product teams to build a data-driven retention system that delivers measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retention strategies to increase LTV and redeposit rates.
- Build, optimize, and manage CRM processes, including segmentation, automation, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Design and improve bonus mechanics while maintaining cost efficiency and profitability.
- Identify and prevent bonus abuse and other low-value user behavior.
- Manage VIP retention strategies and high-value player engagement.
- Analyze player behavior, retention metrics, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize the deposit-to-redeposit customer journey.
- Collaborate with Affiliate teams to evaluate traffic quality based on retention and LTV performance.
- Establish reporting processes and retention KPIs.
- Lead retention initiatives focused on revenue growth and player engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Retention, CRM Lead, or Senior Retention Manager within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of LTV, ARPU, Redeposit Rate, Retention, and Churn metrics.
- Hands-on experience developing bonus strategies and managing retention economics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, BI tools, and data reporting systems.
- Experience managing VIP player segments and loyalty programs.
- Proven track record of building and scaling CRM systems and automated retention flows.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- English proficiency sufficient for business communication.
