Head of Financial controlling

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team in IFRS reporting and strengthen the company’s financial reporting function. This role will ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with IFRS requirements and contribute to enhancing our international financial operations.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Higher education (Finance/Economics).
- Practical knowledge of IFRS/IAS/GAAP.
- 3+ years of experience in Big 4 (preferably in the current position - senior or manager).
- Experience in preparing/auditing consolidated financial statements of large industrial companies in accordance with IFRS/IAS/GAAP.
- ACCA/CPA/CIPA qualification or relevant certificate is an advantage.
Advanced level of English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of consolidated Group, management and IFRS financial statements
- Coordination of the Group audit and audits of individual companies (if required by the laws of certain countries).
- Methodological support of the Group's accountants in the IFRS treatment of certain transactions.
- Developing and implementing group policies, including on specific accounting issues (where necessary), including to identify and mitigate financial risks through appropriate policies and procedures.
- Participation in the SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
- Team management.
