CRMiUM is one of the largest multi-system integrators of CRM and ERP solutions in Ukraine. We help businesses automate their processes, boosting efficiency and profitability. As our client portfolio expands and we enter into international agreements, we are looking for a specialized Sales Development Representative to strengthen our team.

 

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven, self-sufficient Sales Development Representative to join our remote sales team. The SDR will own the full top-of-funnel pipeline targeting European B2B clients โ€” from prospecting and outreach to qualification and discovery call booking.

 

This is a middle-senior level role suited to a proven outbound professional with a track record of generating qualified pipeline in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or SaaS environments. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Ukrainian, operates with minimal oversight, and brings structured, data-driven habits to their daily workflow.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email โ€” targeting decision-makers (CTO, VP Engineering, Founder, Head of Product) at European companies
  • Build and execute personalized multi-channel outreach sequences using Sales Navigator, Apollo.io (Lusha), and email automation tools
  • Qualify inbound (emails, calls in Ukrainian and English) and outbound leads based on defined ICP criteria; convert into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive / Sales team
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline data in CRM โ€” deal stages, activity logs, next steps
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, and outreach sequences; analyze results and iterate
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on ICP refinement, campaign alignment, and lead quality feedback
  • Stay informed on European market trends, competitor positioning, and target account triggers

 

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SDR, BDR, or Lead Generation Specialist in the IT industry
  • Proven track record: demonstrated pipeline creation, or meeting-booking performance โ€” not just activity metrics
  • Experience working with EU, DACH, CEE, or UK markets
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rate), and pipeline velocity

 

Skills & Tools:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator โ€” confident, daily user; proven results from LinkedIn outreach
  • Apollo.io or equivalent prospecting / data enrichment platform
  • HubSpot CRM (or Pipedrive / Salesforce / Zoho) โ€” clean pipeline discipline
  • Email automation tools: Lemlist, Outreach.io, Salesloft, Expandi, or similar
  • Strong written English โ€” able to craft highly personalized outreach; no generic spray-and-pray
  • Warm calling (inbound) โ€” comfortable initiating and leading conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Boolean search and account research โ€” ability to identify and build targeted prospect lists independently

 

Languages:

  • English โ€” C1 or higher, strong written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Ukrainian โ€” native or fluent (mandatory)
  • Polish โ€” significant advantage

 

Soft Skills:

  • Self-driven โ€” operates effectively without daily oversight in a remote environment
  • Proactive and results-oriented โ€” owns their numbers, pipeline, and KPIs
  • Organized and disciplined โ€” structured approach to CRM hygiene and follow-up cadences
  • Resilient โ€” comfortable with rejection, focused on long-term relationship building
  • Curious mindset โ€” researches prospects deeply, tailors messaging, avoids templated outreach

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI/LLM tools integrated into the sales workflow (e.g., using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for research, personalization, or sequencing)
  • Upwork lead generation experience
  • Prior experience building an SDR function or outbound playbook from scratch
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies: MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger Sale
