About the Company:
We are an international product company in the iGaming industry with 4 years of history. We develop our own gaming platform and operate in the markets of Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, and Spain.
We are currently expanding our product team and looking for a Senior CRM / Retention Manager who will be responsible for player retention strategies, CRM communication development, and LTV growth.
What Youβll Be Doing:
- Developing and implementing player retention strategies for Tier-1 markets;
- Analyzing user behavior and key metrics: LTV, ARPPU, DAU, churn rate, session depth, cohort analysis;
- Building the player Customer Journey across all lifecycle stages: onboarding β first deposit β active play β VIP β reactivation;
- Creating automated multi-channel communications: email, push, SMS, in-app;
- Developing and optimizing trigger-based CRM scenarios (welcome, post-deposit, retention, winback);
- Setting up personalized bonus mechanics based on player segment, VIP level, and gaming behavior;
- Running A/B/n testing of CRM communications and bonus offers;
- Analyzing CRM campaign performance, forecasting ROI, and tracking CPL, RPR, and Retention Rate;
- Managing banners and their display logic within the product;
- Developing and updating email, push notification, and banner templates;
- Monitoring deliverability, database quality, and domain reputation;
- Configuring dynamic content in communications;
- Preparing briefs for bonus offers and CRM communications;
- Collaborating with the design team on creatives and visual assets.
What Weβre Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a CRM / Retention Manager in iGaming;
- Experience working with Tier-1 markets;
- Confident proficiency in Customer.io;
- Deep understanding of the player lifecycle, VIP segmentation, and reactivation scenarios;
- Hands-on experience with key metrics: ARPPU, LTV, DAU, churn rate, conversion to deposit;
- Practical experience with A/B testing of CRM campaigns;
- Ability to write briefs for bonus mechanics and communications.
