Product Manager

Requirements

Strong Product Management experience
Strong UX mindset and a good sense of design beyond wireframes
Ability to identify user friction and improve product experience
Experience working with clients or stakeholders
Experience working in utilities, construction and with geospatial technology
Experience working with mobile systems
Confidence in leading conversations and driving alignment
Interest in AI and multi-modal models
Hands-on experimentation with AI tools

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients in a co-innovation setup
Turn client feedback into meaningful product improvements
Lead product discussions and shape product direction
Drive the integration of multi-modal AI (text, vision, audio, etc.)
Improve and evolve the user experience
Contribute to building products that feel like an extension of the user

Nice to have

Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics
Basic technical understanding of APIs, integrations, or system architecture
 

Working conditions

Close collaboration with US clients (the position requires to work approximately from 16:00 to 00:00 Kyiv time)
