Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on order management, customer coordination, purchasing support, and operational follow-up in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders throughout the order lifecycle
• Track order status and ensure timely updates 

• Coordinate purchase orders with customers and vendors
• Monitor deliveries and logistics activities
• Maintain accurate data in ERP system and operational reports
• Support inventory tracking and material availability activities
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering and Finance team
• Assist with invoicing and order-related documentation
• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing projects

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in order management, operations, purchasing, or logistics roles
• Experience working with ERP

• Good Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Experience in order management of physical products within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or distribution environments
• Experience working with customers or suppliers

• Working in a small or mid size company – advantage
