We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales & Tech Support Specialist to join our international team. Our company is a leader in the food and beverage industry, and we are seeking a multi-talented specialist who can seamlessly blend customer care, technical troubleshooting, and sales operations to support our growing global client base.

As our frontline expert, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience—from guiding clients through product literature and processing orders to resolving technical issues and keeping administrative systems running smoothly.

 

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities
 

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live website chats in a quick, efficient, and highly professional manner.
  • Order Management: Submit and process customer orders accurately by referring to price lists and product literature, collaborating closely with our order fulfillment team.
  • Technical & Problem Resolution: Investigate customer complaints, assist with warranty claims and technical issues, and diligently track every problem until it is fully resolved.
  • CRM & Systems Admin: Keep our Zoho CRM and QuickBooks accounting systems meticulously updated with customer data and transaction updates.
  • Operational Excellence: Complete various daily, weekly, and monthly ongoing tasks while consistently meeting set deadlines.

 

Requirements
 

Critical: Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:

  • Language: Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required for direct daily communication with our international clients.
  • Tech Savviness: Advanced user of PC-based computer systems with a strong aptitude for learning new software.
  • Mindset: A responsible, self-organized self-starter with a strong service-oriented desire to help people, exceptional attentiveness to detail, and a knack for multitasking.
  • Schedule: Ability to work 16:30 to 01:00 (Kyiv Time), Monday through Friday. We follow the US office schedule, including US weekend and holiday calendars.
  • Location: Remotely.

     

Desirable (Plus Factors):

  • Prior experience working in remote offices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM) and accounting software (QuickBooks) is a significant advantage.
