Data Engineer (KNIME Expert)

We are looking for an experienced KNIME Data Engineer / Automation Specialist to design, implement, and manage advanced data workflows and solutions. In this role, you will develop production-grade KNIME Data Apps, manage deployments via KNIME Business Hub, and integrate various data sources to accelerate our automation projects.

Requirements 

• 2+ years of practical experience with KNIME Analytics Platform
• Strong track record of successful KNIME implementations and production solutions
• Solid experience in workflow development, performance optimization, and automation
• Hands-on experience with KNIME Business Hub (scheduling, governance, collaboration, and deployment)
• Proven experience with KNIME Data Apps for creating interactive, production-grade solutions
• Ability to design scalable solution architecture for data gathering, enrichment, and transformation
• Experience providing technical consultation to internal teams and customers
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Nice to have 

• Knowledge of German or Polish languages

   

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced KNIME workflows for data gathering, enrichment, and transformation
• Develop KNIME Data Apps for interactive reporting, dashboards, and self-service automation
• Deploy, configure, and manage solutions within the KNIME Business Hub environment
• Integrate KNIME with Google Services APIs, web data sources, and internal company systems
• Implement workflow orchestration, robust error handling, and monitoring for production use
• Build reusable components and templates to accelerate internal automation projects
• Optimize workflows for maximum performance, scalability, and resource efficiency
• Advise on architecture, integration strategies, and overall solution design

• Document technical solutions clearly and ensure a smooth handover to stakeholders
