IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Now our team has a position for IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience sourcing and hiring Software Engineers and other IT specialists
• Strong skills in LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search techniques
• Experience conducting HR interviews and candidate screening
• English level: B1+ (B2 preferred)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Experience working with ATS systems
• Experience using AI tools for sourcing, candidate screening, recruitment automation, and daily recruitment activities (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, sourcing automation tools)

Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle recruitment (from vacancy intake to offer stage)
• Active sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
• Screening candidates and conducting HR interviews
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Managing candidate pipelines and ATS systems
• Maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Supporting employer branding initiatives
• Improving recruitment processes and implementing recruitment best practices
• Using AI-powered tools and automation solutions to increase recruitment efficiency

• Experience recruiting internationally
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics
• Experience with AI sourcing tools and modern recruitment automation solutions
• Experience working in outsourcing or outstaffing companies
