Responsibilities and Duties
 

Content & Social Media

• Create and publish content across social media platforms
• Develop and improve content rubrics and content formats
• Assist in growing and managing GT Protocol social media channels
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements
• Participate in community engagement activities
   

AI-Powered Content Production

• Create short-form and long-form content using AI tools
• Edit videos using modern AI-powered editing solutions
• Generate content ideas, scripts, visuals, and campaigns with AI assistance
• Experiment with new AI marketing tools and workflows
• Help optimize content production processes through automation
   

Personal Brand & Video Content

• Participate in creating conversational and educational video content
• Help prepare scripts, content plans, and recording concepts
• Assist with video production and publishing workflows
• Support the growth of GT Protocol's media presence
   

Marketing Operations

• Assist in managing promotional campaigns
• Support partnership and influencer activities
• Analyze content performance and identify growth opportunities
• Help organize and improve internal marketing processes
   

Growth & Leadership Potential

• Take ownership of increasingly important projects
• Proactively suggest improvements and new initiatives
• Help build new marketing directions from scratch
• Participate in creating scalable marketing systems
• Grow into a future team lead or marketing manager role
   

Work Experience

• 6+ months of experience in Web3, Crypto, Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media, or related areas
• Bachelor's degree will be a plus

• English – B2 or higher

• Curiosity about emerging AI marketing workflows

• Experience with video editing
• Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or X content
• Basic copywriting skills
• Basic design skills
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Experience in Web3 or Crypto

• Understanding of AI tools and automation
