The Role
We're looking for a full-time Sales Manager to drive business development and sales activities across the U.S. and EU markets.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can independently identify opportunities, engage prospective clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the U.S. and EU markets
- Build and manage outbound sales campaigns
- Conduct cold outreach via calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Lead discovery calls and identify client needs
- Present AlphaDevs' services and value proposition
- Build relationships with founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, and other key decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities and manage them through the sales pipeline
- Schedule and lead client meetings
- Maintain CRM accuracy and sales reporting
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to align client needs with available talent
- Continuously improve outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes
- Contribute to the development of the company's expansion strategy across the U.S. and EU markets
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Strong spoken and written English with professional business communication skills
- Proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation
- Experience conducting sales calls, discovery meetings, and client presentations
- Strong understanding of sales processes, qualification frameworks, and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling IT services, software development services, outsourcing, or outstaffing solutions is highly preferred
- Experience working with U.S.- and EU-based clients is a strong advantage
