The Role

We're looking for a full-time Sales Manager to drive business development and sales activities across the U.S. and EU markets.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can independently identify opportunities, engage prospective clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

 

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the U.S. and EU markets
  • Build and manage outbound sales campaigns
  • Conduct cold outreach via calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Lead discovery calls and identify client needs
  • Present AlphaDevs' services and value proposition
  • Build relationships with founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, and other key decision-makers
  • Qualify opportunities and manage them through the sales pipeline
  • Schedule and lead client meetings
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and sales reporting
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to align client needs with available talent
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes
  • Contribute to the development of the company's expansion strategy across the U.S. and EU markets

 

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong spoken and written English with professional business communication skills
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation
  • Experience conducting sales calls, discovery meetings, and client presentations
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, qualification frameworks, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience selling IT services, software development services, outsourcing, or outstaffing solutions is highly preferred
  • Experience working with U.S.- and EU-based clients is a strong advantage
