Creative Marketing Operations Cooardinator
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Production Coordinator / Traffic & Administration Specialist to support our Creative Marketing team. This role combines post-production operations, traffic management, administrative coordination, and technical workflow support to ensure our creative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the technical side of creative operations, including file transfers, cloud storage, project organization, and workflow maintenance.
Oversee software licenses, subscriptions, user access, and related administrative processes.
Support and maintain internal automations and operational tools used by the Creative Marketing team.
Coordinate asset delivery between editors, designers, marketers, and external partners.
Track project statuses, deadlines, and team workloads to ensure efficient traffic management.
Create and maintain organized documentation, workflows, and operational procedures.
Assist with reporting, data tracking, and administrative tasks using Excel and Office tools.
Serve as a central point of coordination for operational and technical needs within the department.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
Requirements
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
High level of English (written and verbal).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience working with digital files, cloud platforms, and administrative systems.
Familiarity with video production and post-production workflows.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a creative, marketing, media, or content production environment.
Familiarity with project management tools and workflow automation platforms.
Basic understanding of video editing software and post-production processes.
