eCommerce Business Analyst (Pre-Sale)

We are expanding our Business Analysis team and are looking for a Business Analyst with  eCommerce expertise who wants to move beyond execution and operate closer to business, architecture, and delivery decisions.
 

๐Ÿ”‘ What You Will Do:

  • Lead discovery from initial client conversations to solution direction
  • Translate business needs into scalable commerce solutions together with architects and delivery teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve platforms, integrations, and customer journeys
  • Support pre-sales through discovery workshops, scoping, and solution alignment
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Account teams to connect business value with execution
  • Mentor Business Analysts and help evolve BA standards and practices
  • Act as a trusted advisor helping clients make confident product and technology decisions

 

๐Ÿงฉ What We Expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Discovery, or IT consulting
  • Strong background in eCommerce and digital platforms
  • Deep understanding of Shopify and/or Magento architectures and ecosystems
  • Experience with integrations (ERP, PIM, CRM, payments, fulfillment systems)
  • Understanding of performance optimization, data flows, and headless/composable approaches
  • Experience supporting or participating in pre-sales engagements
  • Ability to run discovery interviews and workshops with stakeholders
  • Skill in structuring ambiguous inputs into clear roadmaps and solution directions
  • Ability to explain technical decisions in terms of business value
  • Experience in service-based environments where delivery and client impact both matter
  • Advanced English (spoken and written)
