Project Manager

We are looking for a professional Project Manager to lead ambitious, innovative HealthTech full-cycle projects. You will be responsible for overseeing staff augmentation teams, participating in pre-sales, and ensuring delivery excellence. We are seeking a leader who is an active AI user and evangelist, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of communication and value for our clients.

Tech requirements:

• 5+ years of total PM experience
• Hands-on experience with Dedicated Team, T&M, and Fixed Price projects
• Practical Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in managing multiple projects at a time
• Pre-sales experience — must have
• Proficient leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Active AI user and evangelist — must have
• English — Upper-Intermediate+ (B2), Ukrainian — fluent

Nice to have:

• HealthTech domain experience
• PMP certification (or strong theoretical foundation)
• CSM/PSM certification
