Head of Growth

We are building an international Payroll product that helps companies manage payroll operations and employee salary payments across multiple jurisdictions while ensuring compliance with local regulations. As the business continues to scale across global markets, we are looking for a Head of Growth to take ownership of the commercial strategy and overall revenue growth of the direction. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, expanding revenue within the existing customer base, owning the business unit P&L, and building a high-performing commercial team. This is a leadership position with a high level of autonomy, direct impact on business strategy, and responsibility for the overall commercial success of the project.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the customer acquisition strategy for international markets.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Build and scale strategic partnership channels.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives within the existing customer base.
  • Own and manage the business unit P&L, revenue growth, and key commercial metrics.
  • Build, mentor, and scale the commercial team as the project grows.
  • Manage CRM processes, sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.

     

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Growth, or Revenue-focused roles.
  • Proven track record in SaaS, FinTech, Payroll, HCM, or similar B2B industries.
  • Experience closing deals across international markets.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and revenue ownership.
  • Experience building and managing partnership programs.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

     

Nice to Have

  • Experience with global payroll platforms such as Deel, Remote, Rippling, or Papaya Global.
  • Understanding of EOR/PEO business models.
  • Experience launching and scaling operations in new markets.
  • Previous experience leading and growing commercial teams.
