Product/Monetization Analyst in product company

An end-to-end AdTech development company that helps media publishers boost revenue and enhance content strategy through AI-powered technological solutions. The company is currently in a phase of active global scaling, transforming from a service-based model into a product-oriented AdTech/AI ecosystem.

The company is looking for a Product / Monetization Analyst (Fully Remote). This role combines analytics with product development strategy. You will be responsible for identifying monetization opportunities, validating hypotheses through experimentation, and turning complex data into actionable product solutions.
 

Requirements:

• Advanced use of Google Analytics
• Working with Google Ad Manager (GAM) at the reporting and yield-metrics level.
• Building and optimizing SQL queries.
• Writing Python scripts for data processing and analysis.
   

Background:

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics within digital / adtech / media.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Experience analyzing advertising and video performance metrics.
• Ability to develop data-driven hypotheses and validate them.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Understanding of advertising product unit economics.

Responsibilities:

• Funnel analysis and identification of growth opportunities in monetization.
• Formulating and prioritizing product growth hypotheses based on data.
• Conducting A/B analysis and evaluating the impact of product changes.
• Close collaboration with Product and Growth teams.
• Preparing various forecasts and performance projections.
