We are looking for a Product Manager to ensure we always build the most valuable things for our marketplace β measured in revenue, retention, and margin, not opinions. You will own the βwhat and whyβ of the product, making sure every decision directly impacts LTV, CAC payback, and overall marketplace performance. Your role exists to eliminate wasted effort and ensure every sprint moves the business forward.
π§© Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Strong understanding of unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback period, contribution margin).
- Proven track record of delivering measurable impact on product metrics such as activation, retention, or revenue.
- Hands-on experience with user research and turning insights into product decisions.
- Ability to independently pull and analyze data using tools like SQL, Amplitude, or BigQuery.
- Fluent English (C1+) for working with US-based users and stakeholders.
- AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools to significantly increase productivity.
- High ownership and ability to operate effectively with incomplete information.
π§© What Youβll Be Doing:
Own the product direction by identifying what is worth building and why, ensuring every initiative ties to measurable business outcomes.
Continuously talk to users (buyers, power users, churned customers) and translate insights into clear product decisions.
Identify weak points across the platform (onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, monetization) and systematically improve them.
Define and model expected impact before development, prioritizing initiatives that drive revenue and efficiency.
Write concise one-page product briefs (problem, evidence, expected impact) and hand off execution to the Product Owner.
Launch and manage continuous experimentation, shipping updates weekly, scaling winners, and quickly killing underperforming ideas.
Monitor key metrics such as LTV, CAC, retention, and revenue per user to guide decision-making.
Stay ahead of competitors by proactively identifying market changes and opportunities.
