Product Owner

🧩 Role overview
We are looking for a Product Owner to ensure that the most valuable product decisions are executed efficiently, shipped quickly, and delivered in the right order. You will own the “how and when” of the product, turning direction into reality while maintaining speed, clarity, and high delivery quality.


🧩 Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner managing delivery in cross-functional teams (8+ engineers).
• Strong ability to break down product initiatives into clear, incremental deliverables.
• Experience prioritizing work based on value, effort, and cost of delay.
• Ability to define detailed acceptance criteria, edge cases, and definitions of done.
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and ensuring visibility across teams.
• Technical understanding of APIs, system design, and microservices architecture (Node.js is a plus).
• Fluent English (B1–B2+) for internal communication.
• AI-first mindset with demonstrated productivity gains using AI tools.
• High ownership mindset with focus on outcomes, not processes.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing:
Take product briefs and break them into small, shippable increments that can be delivered quickly and efficiently.
Own and manage the backlog end-to-end, ensuring all items are fully defined before development begins.
Prioritize work based on clear value scoring, balancing business impact, engineering effort, and cost of delay.
Maintain continuous delivery flow by shipping features as soon as they are ready, rather than batching releases.
Act as the primary interface between the product team and the rest of the company, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
Track and optimize delivery performance metrics such as cycle time, predictability, and workflow efficiency.
Ensure the team remains unblocked and focused, identifying and resolving bottlenecks early.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, challenging briefs when necessary to ensure feasibility and clarity.
