PMAssistant (fintech)

About the role:
 

We're looking for a Junior PM who will join the team over our CTO and grow into a full-fledged technical product manager. This isn't just a coordinating position. It's an entry point into a technical product with real responsibility from day one and a clear path to the top.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the CTO with operational tasks: preparing materials, monitoring agreement fulfillment, synchronizing between teams
• Manage tasks in Jira: creating tasks, keeping the backlog up to date, monitoring statuses
• Conduct 1:1s and syncs with developers - keep abreast of progress and blockers
• Monitor deadlines, escalate risks, don't wait until everything breaks
• Prepare weekly sprint status reports for the CTO
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives

What we expect:

Hard skills
• Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum - not just a book
• Experience with Jira or similar (Asana, Linear are ok)
• Basic understanding of how development works: what a backend, frontend, API, release is - you don't need to know how to code, you just need to understand what the developers are talking about
• Confident written and Spoken Russian, English — at a level comparable to reading documentation
• Knowledge of or experience with Cloude AI is an advantage

Software skills
• Structured thinking — you can organize chaos into its elements
• Proactivity — you don't wait for a task, you see a problem and propose a solution
• Lossless communication — what's said at a meeting becomes a task in Jira, not lost
• Stress tolerance — fintech moves fast, deadlines are realistic
• Ability to work with people smarter than you — this is an environment where you need to learn every day
