VIP Manager (German Speaking)
About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking VIP Manager to build strong relationships with high-value players and drive retention across European markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a personalized VIP experience, increasing player engagement, and maximizing player lifetime value.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP players.
• Provide personalized support and account management.
• Increase retention, loyalty, and repeat deposits.
• Reactivate inactive players and identify upselling opportunities.
• Monitor player behavior and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Achieve retention and revenue KPIs.
Requirements
• Fluent German (C1-C2) and English.
• Experience as a VIP Manager, Retention Manager, Account Manager, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with CRM systems and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
• Experience in iGaming, Gambling, Betting, Online Casino, or related industries.
• Experience managing VIP segments across multiple EU markets.
