About the Role
We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Account Manager to join our team and work closely with partners across international markets. The role focuses on onboarding, supporting, and developing partner accounts while helping them achieve stronger performance and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with existing partners.
• Onboard new partners and guide them through all stages of cooperation.
• Analyze partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide recommendations and support to improve key metrics.
• Resolve partner issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Monitor performance data and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner results.
Requirements
• Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Customer Success, Affiliate Management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
• Experience with Google Sheets / Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
• Experience in Gambling, Betting, iGaming, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Additional languages are a plus.
