Full-Stack Developer

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer (React/Node.js) to join a long-term product engagement in the AI space. 

You'll design and implement agent-based systems that interact with Jira, Microsoft Teams, internal knowledge bases, and cloud infrastructure. You'll work closely with the AI Engineers and client to directly shape the core product roadmap. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack features across Node.js backend and React frontend 
• Build and evolve AI agent-based workflows integrated with third-party tools (Jira, MS Teams, knowledge bases) 
• Collaborate directly with the client and engineering team on architecture decisions and product direction 
• Contribute to a codebase where AI isn't an afterthought — it's the core 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and React 
• Solid understanding of MongoDB and document-based data modeling 
• Solid experience with AI-assisted development tools — Claude Code, Cursor, or similar 
• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered features 
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Teams integrations, or enterprise APIs 
• At least Upper-Intermediate English and ability to collaborate with US-based team 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, or LangGraph 
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
