Senior SEO Manager / Team Lead / Head - Gambling

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager / Team Lead / Head with a strong technical background and expertise in the iGaming vertical, ready to take charge of an affiliate project portfolio across international markets. If you know how to automate processes, build large-scale PBN networks, and manage risks in high-risk Tier-3 GEOs, we will provide you with full autonomy and all the necessary resources to execute large-scale strategies.
 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for affiliate websites (grey / black hat).
• Managing a network of projects with diverse SEO strategies and risk profiles.
• Launching websites tailored to key SEO objectives and configuring CDNs (Cloudflare, etc.).
• Implementing process automation (website deployment, link building, content, technical SEO).
• Organizing and monitoring backlink profile building (focusing on grey / black hat methods).
• Reacting promptly to algorithm updates and handling crisis management (manual actions, filters, blocks).
• Coordinating with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals.
   

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming. 
• Up-to-date experience in iGaming at your most recent position.
• Experience with mono-brands and affiliate networks (multi-offer traffic generation, grey-hat promotion methods).
• Solid experience with PBN creation and optimization.
• Deep knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Ability to write automation scripts (Bash, Python, PHP).
