Senior UI/UX Designer (Short term project (3-4 months)

Project Title: Enhancing doctor experience for Rx (prescription) preparation
Main Goal: The primary objective of this project is to improve and streamline doctor experience in the context of prescription (Rx) preparation. We aim to achieve this by providing doctors with a graphical tool that enables them to organize and structure the Rx preparation process.
The project offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and create innovative solutions for the healthcare sector.
Your contributions will directly impact the way doctors prepare prescriptions, making the process more efficient and effective.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design a good user experience, making user interactions as easy and simple as possible.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes based on product design and user needs.
• Understand product specifications and user psychology.
• Ensure that our vision, brand essence and mission are communicated through design.
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (i.e. usability, findability)
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand technical feasibility, as well as to ensure designs and interactions are understood and implemented correctly.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (minimum 5 years of experience)
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma
• Up to date with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and design opportunities within web and mobile platforms
• Ability to think at a high level and understand product strategy, business, and vision.
• Great communication skills (in English)
• Knowledge and experience to create clickable prototypes and conducting user testing

•Short term project (3-4 months) there is a chance that can be prolonged

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Experience in healthcare products will be an advantage.
