We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Research Specialist to join our Marketing team.

 

This role is focused entirely on data operations: researching target companies, identifying decision-makers, enriching contact information, and preparing high-quality prospect lists for outbound campaigns.

 

This is not a traditional SDR role. You will not be responsible for outreach, lead qualification, or booking meetings. Instead, you will become a critical part of our outbound engine by ensuring the team always has accurate and highly targeted data to work with.

 

What You'll Do

  • Research companies based on predefined ICPs and outbound hypotheses
  • Identify relevant buyer personas and decision-makers
  • Find and enrich contact information across multiple channels: Email, LinkedIn, other available sources
  • Build highly targeted prospect segments for outbound campaigns
  • Work with modern lead generation and enrichment tools
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate closely with the outbound team to improve targeting and campaign performance

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with some of these tools: Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, PhantomBuster, Claude
  • Previous experience working in a B2B environment
