Requirements:

Education & Experience
— Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related fields.
— 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in product-based companies. Experience in fintech or web3 will be a plus.
— Proven experience combining Project Management and Business Analysis roles.
— Hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
— Strong background in Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies.

Hard Skills
— Deep understanding of project lifecycle management (SDLC).
— Proficient in risk management, cost estimation, scope planning and change management .
— Experience in managing cross-functional teams: development, QA, DevOps, stakeholders (5+ team members).
— Proficient with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, MS project, Smartsheet, Lucidchart.
— Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements (e.g. SRS, Use Cases, User Stories).
— Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques: BPMN, UML, Gherkin, process mapping, wireframing and prototyping.

Soft Skills
— Strong leadership with a focus on motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
— Proven ability to create a shared sense of purpose, aligning team members around common goals and product vision.
— Skilled in building trust and psychological safety within distributed and hybrid teams.
— Encourages a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
— Experienced in managing through ambiguity, providing clarity and focus during shifting priorities or requirement changes.
— Excellent stakeholder management: able to align interests between tech and business teams.
— High emotional intelligence (EQ); strong listener and facilitator who resolves conflicts constructively.
— Clear and persuasive communicator in both business and technical contexts.
 

Responsibilities:

— Lead cross-functional teams to deliver fintech products from discovery through deployment and post-deployment maintenance.
— Bridge communication between business and technical teams.
— Gather and document business requirements, define project scope, and manage delivery.
— Plan and oversee timelines, budgets and resources.
— Define and maintain roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate sprints.
— Identify and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to financial compliance.
— Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives.
— Track project performance and ensure alignment with business KPIs and goals.
