Proffiz is looking for a Trainee/Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews for IT positions across Ukraine and Poland. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand market trends, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Job Requirements 

▪ 6+ months of experience in recruitment/sourcing or completed recruitment courses

▪ Basic understanding of the IT recruitment process and recruitment best practices

▪ Familiarity with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit will be a plus)

▪ Basic knowledge of the IT market and common technology roles

▪ Experience or practical skills in sourcing, CV screening, and conducting initial HR interviews

▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

▪ Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously and work independently with guidance when needed

▪ Analytical mindset and willingness to learn market trends and salary benchmarks

▪ English level – at least Intermediate (Upper-Intermediate will be a plus)

 

Responsibilities

▪ Support the full-cycle recruitment process for Entry-Level, Junior, Middle and Senior positions

▪ Managing at least 1-2 closed vacancies per month 

▪ Source candidates using various platforms and tools

▪ Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews

▪ Prepare interview feedback and maintain candidate records in the ATS

▪ Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

▪ Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to understand hiring needs

▪ Maintain and expand the candidate database and talent pipeline

▪ Assist with market research and salary benchmarking for the IT industry

▪ Support onboarding activities for new hires

▪ Participate in internal HR projects, and corporate events

▪ Support the successful closure of the team's vacancies and contribute to recruitment targets.
